Information is used to respond to enquiries, schedule visits, order parts, invoice completed work, and keep a service history for your machines. We do not sell or rent customer information.
Sharing
We share limited details with parts suppliers and manufacturers when a repair or warranty claim requires it, and with payment processors to collect payment. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Service and invoice records are retained as long as needed for warranty, accounting and tax purposes. Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted periodically.

Equipment data
Copiers can store scanned and printed images. We do not copy or retain document images from customer machines. When device storage must be wiped or removed, we follow the manufacturer's documented procedure and note it on your service summary.
