Vacuum around the machine with a toner-safe vacuum, inspect the pickup rollers for shine or flat spots, check the waste toner indicator, and print a diagnostic page to log page counts.
Quarterly
Clean the paper path with approved wipes, verify firmware level, review error history, and confirm your supply stock covers a month of normal volume.
Annually
Schedule a technician PM for roller kits, filters and calibration. Compare page volume to the machine's rated duty cycle to decide whether it is still the right unit.
