Storage
Keep cartridges upright, in original packaging, away from heat and direct sun. Temperature swings cause clumping that shows up as uneven density.
Installation
Rock new cartridges gently as the instructions specify — aggressive shaking can pack toner or split seals. Never open a drum unit to bright light for long.
Spills
Use cold water on skin and fabric; hot water fuses toner permanently. Sweep or use a toner-rated vacuum, never a household vacuum that will blow fine particles into the air.
Recycling
Most manufacturers provide prepaid return programs. We can also collect empties during scheduled service visits in our Garland service area.
